HALEA 37th Annual Gala

On Saturday, May 30, 2026, members of the National Black State Troopers Coalition (NBSTC) proudly attended the Hispanic American Law Enforcement Association's (HALEA) 37th Annual Gala in Moonachie, New Jersey. We were honored to join our law enforcement partners in celebrating excellence, service, and the strong relationships that unite our communities.

We give a special thank-you to HALEA President Lizette Anderson for her leadership, dedication, and commitment to advancing the law enforcement profession while strengthening connections within the communities we serve.
