The National Black State Troopers Coalition is a nonprofit founded in 1985 to support and advocate for state troopers nationwide. While our roots began with supporting Black troopers, our mission has expanded to strengthen careers, build trust, and advance equity across the broader law enforcement and first responder community.

NBSTC is more than a professional network—it’s a community built for progress. We support minority troopers and all emergency services professionals who share our mission.
