2026 Annual Training Conference

The National Black State Troopers Coalition recently concluded its 41st Annual Training Conference in Albany, New York, bringing together state troopers, law enforcement leaders, partners, and advocates from across the country. This year’s conference focused on officer wellness, leadership, resilience, mental health, peer support, financial planning, ethics, and professional development. Through impactful training sessions, meaningful discussions, networking opportunities, and fellowship, attendees gained valuable tools to strengthen themselves and their communities. The conference was a tremendous success and reflected NBSTC’s continued commitment to supporting officers, advancing excellence, and building a stronger future for law enforcement.
