Hello, my name is Cephus H. Rogers, Jr. I am the current Vice President of NBSTC.  The South Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Highway Patrol, employs me. Currently I hold the rank of Corporal and serve as Enforcement Supervisor.  I have (18) eighteen years of service and have been in management for (7) seven years.  I am currently Vice President of my local Chapter, South Carolina State Troopers Coalition.  I have been an active member of NBSTC since 1996 and have attended several Executive Board meetings and Annual Training Conference.  I encourage each of you to maintain your membership, attend your local Chapter meetings and support their efforts. The National Executive Board encourages you to become involved in your community and recruit minorities into Law Enforcement.  Thank you in advance for your obedience and compliance.
