2008 National Black State Troopers Coalition (formerly known as the Central States Troopers Coalition) was founded in 1985.
The idea for starting an organization like the Central States Troopers Coalition begin in 1985 when Sergeant Charles Jackson of the Missouri State Highway Patrol met with Lieutenant Conrad Pattillo of the Arkansas State Police in Little Rock during a recruiting mission. |
