We developed this site to introduce you to a rare variety of State Troopers.
We come from various backgrounds and reside in different parts of the United States.
We are a premier national organization for men and women of color serving in the ranks
of Highway Patrol and State Police.

The members of the National Black State Troopers Coalition are comprised of organizations
and individuals dedicated to expanding the participation of African American, Latino, and other
people of color in the professional ranks of the criminal justice system.

We hold a National Training Conference in a different state once a year. These conferences afford
our Coalition members, both active and retired, the latest substantive information and professional
skills they need to effectively and creatively meet the professional needs of each member and the
communities in which they serve. It also provides an opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with
colleagues from across the country.

The members of this Coalition are proud of our contribution to safety in every community and strive
to continue the legacy of those who came before us. We will collaborate with those who support
minority people, cultures, and heritage in an effort to build trust and confidence in every community.
